Sean has recently finished the Level 4 and 5 Accounting and Finance course. Read below Sean’s experience with Global Online Business Academy.
Why did you choose to study with Global Online Business Academy?
I chose to study with GOBA as it provided the qualifications I needed within the time frame that I had wanted to obtain these qualifications. The fee for the course that I chose was very reasonable compared to that of other educational providers and the fact that there was a flexible payment plan suited me very well, The customer support before I made my decision to study with GOBA where extremely helpful and had answers to all my questions.
How would you describe your experience of studying with Global Online Business Academy?
My experience at first was very daunting as when I first looked at the amount of assignments and modules there were to complete I second guessed my ability to be able to complete them. However, after having my initial chat with my tutor who pointed me in the right direction and gave me advice on how to approach the various tasks of the course I felt much more confident. Once I had completed my first assignment and passed the course became much more easy for me to manage. I enjoyed how the assignments were well structured and came with the specification which helped guide me through, as well as the modules themselves with the online tests which built my knowledge and confidence on each topic.
What did you like the most about the course with Global Online Business Academy?
My course was perfect for me as it gave me a solid understanding of the financial world, as well as the business management side of things, which I think is a ideal combination of topics. Mike, my tutor and Laura, my student support, where both a very positive aspect that I encountered when studying with GOBA. Any time I was unsure on an assignment or needed or queries answered, they both were on the ball and helped me every step of the way.
Do you have any advice for current or prospective students?
My advice is that take each assignment one at a time and really ensure to follow the ATHE specification as this will give the guidelines to hit each point to pass the assignments. I would also advise that if you ever have any confusion over an assignment or topic, then contact someone from GOBA as they can provide invaluable advice on how to get it right.
What are your plans now?
I have just started my final year with Arden University in Business and Finance, so that I can achieve my bachelors degree and hopefully pursue my career in finance.
